This year, the theme is “Beyond.” As we embrace our changed world, we must harness our collective imagination and build powerful solutions, reaching beyond what is to what could be.

Unlike previous years where we enlisted the help of an external agency for event production, this year, we had to handle everything in-house due to budget cuts. This meant that the team had to take on the responsibility of creating all marketing materials, including visuals, videos, and digital assets while maintaining the high standards set by previous events.

To tackle this challenge, the team adopted a strategy centered around cross-team collaboration and leveraging internal resources effectively. They brought together members from various departments, including marketing, video production, and product design, to work closely on different aspects of the event's promotion and execution.
