Developed the overall look and feel for the event that was executed across video, social, email, web, and the event app experience.
Challenges
Unlike previous years where we enlisted the help of an external agency for event production, this year, we had to handle everything in-house due to budget cuts. This meant that the team had to take on the responsibility of creating all marketing materials, including visuals, videos, and digital assets while maintaining the high standards set by previous events.
Approach
To tackle this challenge, the team adopted a strategy centered around cross-team collaboration and leveraging internal resources effectively. They brought together members from various departments, including marketing, video production, and product design, to work closely on different aspects of the event's promotion and execution.
Results
Despite the challenges, Webexone 2022 exceeded expectations and delivered impressive results:
Global Registrations: The event attracted 23,875 registrations from participants worldwide, showcasing strong interest and engagement.
Keynote Viewership: The keynote sessions of Webexone 2022 were viewed by an impressive audience of 10.2 million globally, demonstrating the reach and impact of the event.
Social Media Reach: Leveraging a strategic social media campaign, Webexone 2022 achieved a remarkable social reach of 18.5 million, amplifying the event's message and increasing brand visibility.
